I’ve been really slow on my commissions lately, but with this, things are gonna change! This was a really really difficult one to work with making sexy. But so far so good. I’m going to move on to the line art now, and hopefully get the coloring on it done soon. FYI, the person who commissioned this wanted us to craft it into a double wide deck box! Our first time making one that is double wide, fun fun! I can’t wait to finish thing up and send it to him!

He chose to have us draw an image of his two friend’s characters, Rime, and Amethyst. He wanted me to put a spin on things, by drawing them in Phantasy Star Online 2 inspired gear since they are both really excited for it’s release.
This image challenged me in many ways, and took a lot longer than I planned for it to. First off, the Detail was very very hard to replicate properly. As such, this drawing required me to change up the way I do line-arts. So my lineart took longer and was a lot thinner than normal. The hair was another thing that I decided to play around with, I have decided to improve the way that I paint hair on my characters, and this image was the pilot for my new style. I do hope to continue improving the way I shade hair.
Overall, I enjoyed drawing this. Rime and Amethyst are two really cute girls, and were a pleasure to draw.
The background was the product of some quick photoshop magic, using this stock image [link] as a base.

More progress on the commission for our contest winner of the Deviantart 5k Kiriban. I did my best to get the character details/personalities down the very best that I could, while also tweaking my method of linearting to fit these highly detailed costume designs. My main philosophy going into this illustration: If it’s less detailed than the original PSO-2 Concept art, then it’s simply an inferior piece of art.
With that in mind, this drawing aims to be at least as good, if not better than the official PSO-2 art. I hope I at least came close so far DX!!

Once again, Antigone and I fall to our knees and thank the Goddess for a safe and more importantly, a successful trip to Anime Blues Con in Memphis, TN! We had an amazing time, hung out with some of our friends/fans, and even met new ones! Not to mention, Everyone Loved Antigone’s Sexy Ouka Cosplay! X
Honestly, the one thing that I can truly say I like most about traveling to these conventions, is seeing new places, and meeting new friends. The money that we make at these conventions is nice, and helps us continue to do what we love to do professionally. But the friends that we make are priceless. I absolutely love chatting to our happy customers, seeing the look in their eyes as they walk away with one of our drawings/crafts… And more importantly, seeing some of them come back again, and again and again. Sometimes to say hi, other times to support us more, and buy more of our stuff! At times, it got so exciting that it became too much for my furry love to handle!
Once again, I don’t enjoy this because of the money, I enjoy this because of the experiences I experience, and the new friends that Antigone and I meet. Lots of times, after I buy something at a convention, I will start to feel some buyer’s remorse! I will feel guilty and a little bit sad that I let me desire get the better of me and made me spend $50 dollars on a naughty body pillow that I didn’t need DX! Not once have I seen that look on a single one of our customers faces after buying something from us. So just knowing that the product of my mine and my Fiance’s Hard work and passion brings happiness to others, it truly fulfills my life. It’s a hard life sometimes, but I absolutely love who we are and what we do, and wouldn’t ever even think of doing anything else….Except sleep more…
So aside from the mushy stuff! Anime Blues was Awesome. An amazingly run convention, tons of guest, an awesome venue, all topped with an energetic and bustling crowd! We profited pretty big. Unfortunately I’m not so sure this convention will be on our list for next year. Purely because it was just so far away. 6 hours and 30 minutes. That’s a lot of gas/driving! But needless to say, our experience was rich and fulfilling!
….And… it gave us a partner to join us on the bed. Truly an experience that we will reflect on each and every night. XP
So enough of that! And more about the lovable erotic fur creatures that you are all so supportive of, The Yuu Race! In our most recent poll, a good number of people voted and not only decided that they wanted to see a Deviant Art group Dedicated to the Yuu Race, but also decided that the group should be a Role-Playing based group! Now that a majority as been reached and a decision has been made, I’ll be straight up, I really made this race for Role-Players and wanted to create the group for that purpose. On one hand, I’m fairly happy that the majority voted with me on that, on the other hand, I got a little bit concerned that the final tally was actually really really close. This has made me realize that, I am not so sure people quite understand where I am coming from, what I’m doing, or where I’m going with this Yuu thing. This has opened my eyes a bit, and thus has led me to my decision to reveal more about this race, and my thought process behind it. Be expecting a journal update devoted to the Yuu Race within the coming week. In it will be small exerts or creative writing that is to be printed in the final version of the art book I am making for this race.
Aside from our Yuu stuff, some updates! First of all, We have been doing extremely well at conventions, but I think our focus on selling locally has led to our Online crowd feeling left out. We want to make sure that we are bringing happiness to everyone we can, and we are getting our work out to more people/places. Therefore, were going to go back to selling on ebay soon, as well as really pushing our online marketing. Look forward to items that can be bought any time such as,

Did I say Dragon Fruit Plushies? Yes I freakin did! The cute (slightly Retarded) mythical food group, will be yours to cuddle within the coming months. Antigone is working on turning them into plushies to sell locally at conventions, as well as online! She will be sure to update everyone on her progress.
Speaking of crafts, Antigone is actually looking to go into professional Cosplay Crafting. She Already did a pretty amazing job with her Ouka Cosplay!
She is going to start off by creating a leather Dark Magician Girl Cosplay to advertise our table at our next convention in 3.5 months, Anime Weekend Atlanta!
Anime Weekend Atlanta is our next convention! It’s the biggest of our current circuit, is our home turf, and holds a special place in our hearts. Antigone and I met at Anime Weekend Atlanta, and our relationship began soon after. Yup, I found my True love at an Anime Convention. =)

Big Update! So! For those of you who are following us closely, as you know, since we have gotten back from Hama-Con, we have gotten swamped with commissions and other various things. Essentially, we have been keeping very busy! So this post is to update you all with what we are working on currently.
First up, Red-Eyes Darkness Metal! A commission that my love, Antigone, is working on right now. She is doing an amazing job so far, choosing to take a bit of a risk and go for more of a chibi/cute pose as opposed to the elegant/powerful look that you would normally expect from a card of this calibur. This image will be turned into, not only a Yu-gi-Oh OriCa card, but it will also be turned into a Double width deck box! The OriCa card version will include only Red Eyes darkness metal herself. The deck box version, however, will include the full image (including the red eyes and blue eyes chibis)
This is a commission for a friend. The image is of him and his girlfriend, making their final stand against a horde of zombies! This one has been somewhat of a collaborative effort from Antigone and myself. I sketched the original bodies, and she has added the details and background over my original sketch. It’s looking great so far! Can’t wait to see this one finished!
DREAM HACK UPDATE! What your looking at is the first full color illustration that will be put into the game. This illustration will be part of “BlueJay’s” Arc. I won’t give away too much about what is going on in this scene, but don’t worry. I promise that sometime soon, I will reveal more about the story is. Until then, enjoy the work in progress!
In less than a week now, Antigone and I will be leaving for Anime Blues Con (http://animeblues.com/) over in memphis TN! We will be selling our work there as we have been this past year. However, this time, we wanted to have a bit more fun and attract some attention at the booth. So~! We decided to do this by having Antigone (my love DX) dress up in a sexy Ouka cosplay from .hack twilight. For those of you who don’t know who she is,

For the winner of the Kiriban 5k! An in progress shot of his prize for showing support to Faerie’s Dice. ^^
Our winner decided for us to create an image, not for himself, but for his two friends! So selfless! I thought it was a really nice of him. =) Not only that, but him and his two friends all have amazing taste in video games. These two characters I have drawn are the Original Characters of his friends, all decked out in Phantasy Star Online 2 styled gear! Honestly, I had forgotten all about this game, but after playing with the character creator to help give myself some inspiration for the clothing designs, I found myself getting excited for the release of the game as well! I can’t wait to play it when it comes out!
With that being said, this sketch has actually taken me quite a bit of time to complete. The main reason is because of the insane level of detail in the costume designs. The textures are HELLA detailed, almost more detailed than that of a Halo Game! DX Essentially, this means more drawing and painting for me! But it’s a labor of love, as I am enjoying every step of this. I am a pretty big PSO fan, and am happy to be doing this awesome piece of fanart!
FYI the character on the Left is Rime, the character on the right is Amethyst. Two amazingly busty/sexy characters if I do say so myself! Happy to be drawing them. ^^

I enjoy Nudity and sex. Guilty as charged! As an artist, and I’m also a human. I enjoy seeing the nude human form, it’s a beautiful and intricate design. I enjoy it so much that I have spent years studying it’s form, and have devoted my life to recreating it in it’s most natural state. Sex? Yep. I enjoy sex. I enjoy a natural biological process that well over 6 billion humans and animals have gone through and continue to go through every day. I cherish and enjoy the act of two people passionately expressing their love for one another. I see the beauty of the act, and feel it’s recreation is an art in itself. To be able to recreate such an emotional and delicate experience within a piece of art, I don’t see that as perversion. I see it as a skill.
We here at Faerie’s Dice, we Love what we do. It’s a passion, and we take it seriously. And believe it or not, were human beings too. We have feelings. It hurts our feelings and it hurts badly when we read a hurtful comment, or have our own friends and family say hurtful things to us. But even so, we continue to do what we love, and we do it for no other reason than because we love it. We don’t create the art we create to hurt your sense of morality, we do it because we love what we create, and we love the feelings and emotions that come along with them.
If you feel offended by nudity, and if you feel offended by sex, then perhaps you need to take a look in the mirror and have a long talk with yourself, and if you believe in one, your god. Because let me give you a hint, your god didn’t give you a naked body to be afraid of, and your god didn’t give you genitals to create sin with.
If you don’t agree, that’s fine, you don’t have to. But don’t argue to any of us about our morals, our thoughts, and most importantly, our Art.

Hello everyone! Here is the full lineup of DreamHack Characters! It’s taken Antigone quite a while to complete this lineup, a lot of thought went into each character design, but personally, I’m quite happy with the final character lineup.
In other news! Recently, a contest was held to see who could be the 5000th viewer on our deviantart page! We had someone snag it right on 5k exactly! So we are currently working on a commission for him! I’ve actually spoken to him, and he has chosen something for us to draw! Antigone and I will be working together on this commission like usual. Personally, I love the idea he has come up with and can’t wait to draw it! I think I will keep it a surprise though! So do look forward to the sketch of it, as that will be getting posted sometime soon.
Recently, we got back from Hama-Con! An anime convention located in Huntsville AL. It was a smaller convention than were used to, so we had a bit more of a difficult time there than normal. We had a few elements working against us too. Mainly the fact that the convention was more of a family convention, and thus, ecchi didn’t go over as well as it normally does at cons. Even so, we broke some nice profit, and are happy to have made enough money to continue supporting our convention traveling! ^^ Joy!
